What we do

We guide British and other international buyers through finding, checking and negotiating a home on the Costa del Sol, and we help owners sell. The buyer’s service is free to the buyer — we are paid from the seller’s side of the commission when a sale completes. We also act for sellers directly. We will always be clear about which side of a transaction we are on.
