The developers give a handover date for 5 of the 10 developments here. The first is Marina Golden Bay, with handover in the fourth quarter of 2026, and the last is Art Marina, with handover in the third quarter of 2029. These are the developers’ own estimates. 2 of the 10 are already finished.
Are there new-build penthouses in Benalmádena and Torremolinos?
