Buying this as a new build
Naven is still being planned, and construction will begin once the building licence is issued. There is no handover date until then. A reservation of 2 per cent secures the home. A further 28 per cent falls due at the private contract, then 10 per cent while it is being built, and the last 60 per cent at completion, each with IVA on top. The developer states that payments will be covered by a guarantee from a financial institution, to be named when the licence is issued, and paid into a special account.

An estimate, at the rates in the cost guide. The lawyer’s, notary’s and land registry fees vary with the price and the deed, and a mortgage adds the bank’s own costs.
With nothing built yet, I help you choose between the standard and the Signature interiors on the plans, so you know what each home includes, and I check the contract and the guarantee terms with your lawyer before any money is paid.
