Privacy policy
Plain-English on how your information would be handled. This is a demonstration site, so no form here actually sends or stores anything.
Lunessa Homes is a boutique, English-speaking property service run by Michael Fee from Málaga, Spain. This policy explains how personal data would be handled on the live site.
What we would collect
If you sent an enquiry, we would collect only what you chose to give us — typically your name, email, phone number, an optional UK postcode, and anything you wrote in the message. We would not ask for, or want, financial details, ID numbers or passwords through this website.
Why, and the lawful basis
We would use that information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and help with your property search or sale. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to. We would never sell your data, and we would not add you to unrelated marketing.
How long we would keep it
Enquiry details would be kept only as long as needed to help you, and then deleted. If we worked together, records connected to a transaction would be kept as long as Spanish and UK law require, and no longer.
Who would see it
Michael Fee, and — only where a transaction required it and you agreed — the independent professionals involved (your abogado, mortgage broker or the notary). Any tools we used to run the business (for example email) would be reputable providers with their own safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and Spanish/EU data-protection law you can ask to see the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. On the live site you would exercise these by emailing info@lunessahomes.com. You can also complain to the UK’s ICO or Spain’s AEPD.
Demonstration site
Nothing here is live.
This page is representative content built for a design demo. No form on this site sends, stores or processes any data, and the contact links are inactive.
