La Resina lies inside Estepona, whose 2026 average on idealista asking prices is €4,307 a square metre. That average is drawn mostly from the town and the coast, not the new hillside developments between the golf courses, and it leaves out the solariums and gardens that come with many of these homes. Altezza Suites is a gated development of 72 homes in La Resina, the golf valley inland from the New Golden Mile between Estepona and Puerto Banús. The apartments have two or three bedrooms, and the penthouses have three or four with a roof solarium and a plunge pool. Ground floor homes have gardens and the first floor homes have large terraces, several with a solarium of their own. The residents share two outdoor pools, a spa with a heated indoor pool, a gym and a business centre.
Shared between the 72 homes
A heat pump provides the hot water and heats water pipes laid under every floor, with electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Air conditioning is ducted to the bedrooms and the living room and controlled by the home automation system.

The buildings are under construction, and the developer has not yet published a handover date. You buy from the plans and the price list and pay in stages while the work continues.
What the lowest-priced home costs in full
An estimate, at the rates in the cost guide. The lawyer’s, notary’s and land registry fees vary with the price and the deed, and a mortgage adds the bank’s own costs.
That means asking the developer for a handover date in writing, checking the bank guarantee on each payment, and walking the site with you as the homes are finished.
