Albatros XV is a completed development of 109 apartments set around landscaped gardens on Calle Quevedo, the newest of the Residencial Albatros buildings. What comes with every home.

Air conditioning and hot water

A heat pump system heats and cools every room through ducts, with the indoor unit hidden in the bathroom ceiling and the outdoor unit on the roof. Hot water comes from an aerothermal unit, which takes its heat from the outside air.

Fitted kitchen units, with large-format tiles on the walls.

Floors and ceilings

Floating laminate floors throughout, with stoneware tiles in the bathrooms and smooth plaster ceilings.

Bathrooms

White porcelain fittings, single-lever chrome taps, a vanity unit with a synthetic top, and a resin shower tray or an enamelled steel bath. The walls are tiled in large formats.

Windows, doors and wardrobes

White PVC frames with double glazing, and roller blinds in the bedrooms. The entrance door is armoured, the inside doors are lacquered, and the wardrobes are fitted out inside.

The outside walls are brick with polyurethane foam insulation and an air gap. Inside, the walls are double plasterboard, with water-resistant boards in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Fibre to every home with an ethernet socket in each room, and the wiring in place for satellite television.
