New townhouses and villas on the Costa del Sol.
New builds with a house on the list: a townhouse in a row, a semi-detached home or a detached villa with its own plot. Cheapest first.
Most new building on the coast is apartments. A new house is rarer, and it is priced accordingly. The townhouse is the usual answer: a two or three storey home in a row of six or eight, with a small private garden, a roof terrace and a shared pool. A detached villa on its own plot is a different purchase, with a different price and no community to share the upkeep.
