New-build homes on the Costa del Sol with a starting price below €400,000 before VAT. The widest choice on the coast, from Manilva to Torrox.
Under €400,000 is where most of the new building on the coast is priced. It buys a two-bedroom apartment in most towns, a three-bedroom apartment in the cheaper districts, and a townhouse in a few of the eastern developments. It does not buy new in central Marbella, where the cheapest developments start higher.
The starting price is the cheapest home on each developer’s list. The taxes and fees add about 12 to 14%, so the full cost of a home at €380,000 is around €430,000. Each development’s page sets that sum out, and I send the full price list on request.
