A sea view on the Costa del Sol is sold at two very different prices. On the front line it is the most expensive thing a home can have. On the hills behind the coast road, where most new building now happens, it comes as part of the plot: the land slopes towards the sea, so the upper floors look over the roofs below to the water.
The new developments on this page are the ones whose own documents describe a view of the sea, the bay or the coast. What that view is like varies from a glimpse between buildings to the whole bay, so read the new development’s page and then ask me. I say plainly what the view is from each floor, because the price list does not.
